Pluto is the smallest among the planets but it is the biggest malefic; owns the house Scorpio. If it is in the right aspect with Moon it will become a benefic; will bring power and wealth. If it is in conjunction, square and opposition with the Moon, it will cause accidents, dreadful diseases, blood-shed and even early death.
